February 10 2004--Victor Gonzalez, the celebrated international motivational speaker and author of The Logic of Success, has received dual nominations as College Speaker of the Year and for Best College Diversity Program of the Year by Campus Activities magazine and the Association for Promotion of Campus Activities.

These conferences, which have been shared with audiences throughout the United States, Latin America, South Africa, Asia and the Middle East, are filled with inspiration, determination and hope for those who believe they cannot achieve their goals. My objective has never been to present grandiose concepts for achieving success, but rather to give people the actual tools to turn small steps into big dreams, he explains.

As unique as his personal story, Victor Gonzalezs programs are loaded with real-life experience. His own family struggled during his youth in Chicago near the Cabrini Green Housing projects, living off of food stamps and government handouts. He escaped poverty, drugs and violence and went on to create The Logic of Success Program. This leadership and personal development series incorporates the life-changing, thought-conditioning principles that transformed him from someone with no goals or ambition to an international record-shattering salesman -Vice-President of a $3B corporation and eventually, the President of Sales and Marketing for a multimillion dollar firm.

In 1999 and 2000, Victor received the prestigious Presidents Advisory Council Award for outstanding leadership and management and in 2003, he was inducted to the Latino Speakers Bureau.
